Tula ammo can has L.C.B. on it.

Does this stand for Lake City Brass?

I can't imagine it does, but I am buying if it does!

    Anybody know?

It more than likely stands for "Lead Core Bullet/Bi-Metal". Here's a little reading material if you're interested.
