Hi all,
I've been searching the web for a programme or template to follow for SF selection.
Have seen this website but seems unfinished...

Willowthewhisp - I removed the link in yout post, to me and a few others it looks way too much like your first two posts here are just promotions for the website.
That said, M4C is a place to share good info... if the folks in this forum section want to vist opsparta-com.webs.com and give it an independent thumbs up, they will do so - if, however, you are simply buidling links back to a sight to imrove search ranking, that don't fly here so well.
Please let me know if I have offended you...
I would like to move on to my next task.

No snags,
Have been looking online, there used to be an aussie sas 13 week beat up programme avaiable, if anyone knows where it is can they forward.
Have bought a few steve smith books but very swim focused (not trying for BUDS)
Cheers
If you are training for selection, any SF recruiter would have a program pamphlet. If not run 3-5 miles twice a week, ruck twice a week (same distances). Include push ups, sit ups, climb ropes, pull ups. Don't lift weights. Waste off time for selection. Body weight exercises. Do these after every run or ruck. Include swimming once every two weeks. Do a long ruck every couple of weeks, start with 7-10 miles & work up to 15 miles.
Example:
Monday run 3 miles, push ups & sit ups
Tuesday ruck 5 miles, climb ropes/pull ups
Wednesday off or swim
Thursday ruck 3 miles, push ups & sit ups
Friday run 5 miles, climb ropes/pullups
This is just an example. I don't know your fitness level or availability to train.

If Selection is your goal you can also check out the book, "Get Selected" by Major Joe Martin.

"Warriors"
Out of every 100 men, ten shouldn't even be there, eighty are just targets. Nine are the real fighters and we are lucky to have them for they make the battle. Ah, but the one...one is a Warrior, and he will bring all the others back.

You mean Stew Smith? So ignore the swim parts, follow the rest. Im sure the Army SF web site has info, recommended programs, etc. There's a ton of good resources out there and some good reads others have also recommended. There's also a number of SF focused forums where most members are current/retired SF.

Ruck, Ruck, and Ruck some more.
Are you applying to the program, or are you just wanting to copy their fitness program? If applying, the SF recruiting office on Fort Campbell would be a great resource. Otherwise, there have already been some excellent suggestions made...

Ruck march a lot. And look on any special ops program's website and they usually have a training guide. MARSOC and the 75th Ranger Battalion have them for sure. They are usually 10-15 week prep programs to get you ready for the rigors of any selection process.

These two I can think of off the top of my head, but just look around, there is plenty of info all over the internet.
