Question has anyone used moe grip with NFA LW 15 lower?

I just picked my new NFA LW 15 polymer lower today from the FFL . I've been looking for places to buy a lower parts kit and m4 stock kit.

There's a site that's having a sell on a lower parts kit with MOE grip and stock assembly kit with MOE m4 stock for $120! I'm wondering if anyone has used a MOE grip on their NFA LW 15 lower? I've heard of some people saying the screw was hard to screw in to the lower receiver and the MOE grip wasn't a good fit on some lowers...

Can you show pics of your lower with the MOE grip and tell me about your experience?

I want to buy this complete kit before the sell out

This will go over like a fart in church...

I'd definitely buy the LPK if it includes Magpul MOE furniture, but you may decide to reconsider your choice of lower reciever if you do some research on the topic here (and elsewhere, for that matter).

But there is nothing wrong with MOE furniture. A lot of people use them as inexpensive yet solid upgrades to their rifles. My $.02
    Fact of life:

Although the EAGLE may soar proudly through the skies, it is very rare for the Weasel to be sucked into a jet engine.

Yeah I have a feeling these will sell out quick! I just wanted to make sure about the MOE grip fitting well.

    I'm gonna order it.

I also read a lot about the NFA lower's and seen them in person, that's why I decided to go with one. The only negative as far as I can tell was the cheap feeling polymer parts kit and commercial buffer tube.

I decided to just buy a stripped lower and put a metal lower parts kit and milspec buffer tube on it. It feels really sturdy and I'm not going to put it through the torture test NFA has done on them. I think it will handle everything I'll put it through...

Well, I'm not even going to try. I'll leave it to someone else. I will say, do NOT plan on SBRing it.

And really, how could a polymer lower be worth all the issues? Aluminum lowers aren't exactly "heavy".

Can I ask, what torture test is this, and where can I see this at? I would like to view this.

I am skeptical to say the least, and as noodles said, aluminum lowers are not heavy(too me anyway).

What benefits from saving 20-30 dollars on a plastic lower over a cheap aluminum lower do you receive? And for a little more(relatively)you can have the cream of the crop of stripped lowers.

When I see "Can accommodate any brand MIL SPEC LPK upgrade" put on a complete assembled lower, it seems a little disturbing that they would call any aftermarket LPK an "upgrade".

I think the OP will definitely learn on this one. 119$ for a complete lower? That's a little well... questionable.

But on task, figured I'd mention, some love, and some absolutely hate magpul grips (I am one of them). But if you buy a "package" it's not that bad of a setback. So in the end you can't go wrong, even if you like the grip but not the front end, or visa versa.

From TOS ... "buy the shit out of that thing, all the mil spec is just nonsense."

I don't know where to start, but I will say you would probably be best served posting about this turd in the same place you read the glowing reviews of it. (I would assume TOS?)

You should consider the "low quality" parts that came with it as a greater indication of what you bought.

You may think it will hold up to as well as a forged aluminum lower, but physics says otherwise. I would venture to gues the lpk is polymer because metal will quickly wear the soft plastic lower. Where as the plastic on plastic will not.

If you are so convinced these pos will sell out so quickly you should wait for that, sell yours to some window licker and buy a real lower that already comes with the quality parts you want on it.

    Oh and, ibtl

Still trying to find a good reason to use one of those polymer lowers. Dedicated .22LR gun perhaps?

Oh and if you think the New Frontier and Plum Crazy polymer lowers are bad, you should see the ATI Omni in person.

I have a surplus ammo and arms lower I bought for $60, so if this one sucks as bad as you guys say, I still have a decent aluminum lower. I just thought I would give this one a shot for the price and really haven't found any bad reviews on it yet.

I googled around and read reviews from several different forums and I didn't really find a reason not to buy one from what I read. They look like they would hold up to what I'm going to put it through. If it sucks, I'll just sell it no big deal...

@fixit69 Here's 3 videos from their torture test

The "torture test" video is hilarious. It consists of some con-artist jumping on the AR15 from the bed of his truck, and then shooting it. The funny part is you can see where he intentionally does not even jump on the receiver; he just jumps down onto the barrel and the stock/receiver extension COMPLETELY missing the lower receiver (because it would snap). What a joke and a huge scam of a product.
