Does the front sight on the rail have any wiggle when its in down position? like( i know this may sound really weird but could you put a front sight on it when its in down position or would it not work) ?
Very slightly, but what I have seen people do is mount front sights just to the rear of it.
Intrestingly enough, I don't remember it being a problem with Cerakote Burnt Bronze, but with Cerakote Graphite Black it was. I had even bought new Loctite 242 (Blue) just to make sure I wasn't seeing things.
Either way, its all over Loctite's tech sheets about substrates, cure times and strength. I really believe the new versions (primerless) are the only way to go. They are also very oil resistent.

So a front sight would not work mounted on the URX front sight when its down... The wobble would make it so it wouldnt zero?
It doesn't really wobble per se, and the play is very minimal, but its not an ideal way to mount it. I don't know if you even notice it, as that would depend on how good of a shot you were and what ranges you intended to use it.
You really aren't giving a lot of information as to why you would want to mount another sight onto a rail that already has one built in, but if you were considering an offset, there's no reason you can move it back a bit so its on the fixed part of the rail.
There isn't any reason for me wanting to mount a fron sight on it...I was just wondering about it because i plan on just running the KAC 200-600 m backup sight... With an aimpoint t-1.
