I'm now looking hard at the .45 ACP subcompact G30, or G30SF (10 round mag, will take G21 13 round mags). I'm not looking at this being my primary carry, but possibly a bug, or an around the house bug. With the price of ammo I don't see it getting a very high round count.

    What do you'all think?
f.2 - IIRC the fix was a stiffer magazine spring which provided a more forceful and positive "push" of the round up and into the feed ramp.

M4arc, Just so I'm not assuming here, are you talking about the 10-8 forum Glock/X200 issues thread?

I plan on replacing the stock bbl with a Lone Wolf just for that reason.

I have another post at 10-8 concerning the G30's 3.78" bbl and RA45T velocity.

Yes I am. I'll have to go back and look just to be sure but I believe the "fix" was a stiffer magazine spring.

    G22/X300

We have found (in our testing with 1 G22, which may or may not be useful with other G22s), that the below changes solve the problems:

    11 coil mag springs
20# Wolff recoil spring (requires aftermarket steel guiderod)

I avoid the problem entirely by using G19s for my tupperware guns.
