An AR-15 such as a Colt 6920 has no firing pin spring. It just doesn't.

Therefore, one could logically deduce that you're looking at a different part or like someone mentioned a completely different bolt carrier design that has nothing to do with the style of your rifle.

I'll put it to you this way:

You mentioned that your rifle works fine, so don't even worry about it.

I've got a feeling this thread will get locked.

No. I do nt want the sping. Its just when i mention that it didnt have one people was like "duh!! They dont have them, dumbass!" And mine has it in the book and the rifle can be equiped with one. So maybe the people with the "duh" attitued should do some reseurch before makin coments. Thats all.

I'd really like to see the diagram that came with your 6920.

    What are you?
    12 years old?

    Seriously.
Some people have tried to be patient with you.
    And what do you do?
Lash out with you adolescent angst.

And some people should do "some reseurch" before posting questions like the one you did.. It took me less than two minutes to find a Colt Diagram that showed exploded views of the regular BCG and Match Target BCG.. Google is a wonderful thing.

....and when it's a technical discussion, sometimes how one places a comma can entirely alter how a sentence reads, and therefore how it can be interpreted. Grammar can absolutely matter, so, yeah, it's a bloody English lesson when one isn't posting complete English.

If you have a problem with any individual post from another member, how'sabout you let US do the moderating, huh? Use the Report Post button. The button with an exclamation point on it, on every post on the forum, thataway >>>>>>>>>>>.

The first response to your OP was essentially a genuine, well-meant request for clarification from another member. YOU are the first (and ONLY) one to insert the word "dumb" into a post, so you managed to shitcan your own thread.

    Congrats.

Yeah, yeah, you're positively dripping :internetsincerity: all over the place...

Go to General Discussion, seek out a thread entitled "The Good, The Bad, The Ugly: An M4C Style Guide."

It'll either do you some good in your future interactions with other members, or convince you to take the above juvenile BS somewhere else where it's either welcome or encouraged.
