Need help w/MD SBR

Any of you guys out there from the communist state of Maryland who can help me out? I am SBR'ing a RRA lower. All my paperwork is completed and turned into the State Police for over 4 months! Is that too long? Not long enough? Everytime I call I get jerked around! Help, advice, please! I dont know how much longer I can stand the wait!

It's been a couple years for me, but 4 months sounds long. It took mine about 30 days.

I would try calling - it's possible that it got lost.

I also encourage you to look into going the trust route. It saves the hassle of filing any paperwork with MD

I finally spoke to a person today. They claim to have my paperwork there, but were waiting from a letter from CJIS. A letter that I have had a copy of since 10 days after my paperwork was submitted and have sent them a copy of once already. Sent another copy today and was told they would get the ball rolling this Monday. Keeping my fingers crossed.
