    When I originally established my trust less than a year ago I set up my trust and sent it in to ATF with my M4-1000 silencer being the only asset in the Sch A. I'm not sure if I'm answering your question or not, but I'd fill out the forms and include your Sch A with the rifle as an asset of the trust.

    You can put more items in there if you chose, but my trust is specifically for NFA purposes.

    i JUST had atf kick my shit back a few weeks back because they wanted declaration and schedule A, not just the certification.

    I know what they want. I wasn't saying the certificate was all you need to send.

    We were talking about timing and when to include items in Schedule A.
