there is a link to a pdf of the opinion of the court on the first page. The judges specifically state you have the right to self defense both in and outside of your home. Im no lawyer but that sounds like they specified shall issue without coming out and saying it. Now I know these cockroaches in office in this state are all running around looking for a new way to trample rights but there may not be any way old Mike Madigan and his cronies can avoid it anymore. Should be a good show.

Well that's certainly good to hear. Despite all thats been going on recently I've been trying to remain optimistic about finally getting CC. It's good to know at least some people are on our side.
