I've never found a cheap EoTech on Ebay except for the "clones".

they are cheap on ebay because they are chinese knock-offs.... they are not the real things...

example.... simply search for PEQ-15.... and you'll see a shit ton come up... for like $300... all look legit with manf stickers and such... but they are simply fake hollow shells with a laser pointer inside...

do not waste your money on shit that has no chain of custody... if you are investing in an optic... spend the extra $2-300 and be confident in your purchase that you are getting the real thing and not some piece of chinese airsoft crap..

Botach is great. Sometimes they will let you place an order on a back ordered item without telling you but that's only happened once to me. They have gotten a lot better and you can actually check the stock on most items now. I highly recommend Botach as they have very cheap prices and free shipping.

A friend of mine bought one from ebay, for about $40 bucks, just to see what it was like. He said 'cheap POS, not even suitable for a .22LR. It looks cool, and that's about it.'
