LaRue mount question

First, I ordered an ML3 Aimpoint and a LaRue mount from Grant at G&R Tactical last Friday I think and it shows up today, thanks for the service Grant.

My question is the LaRue instructions say install the bottom screws first and be sure to use Locktite, then tighten the top screws. Do I tighten the bottom screws all the way then let the top screws tighten up the scope or do I tighten the bottom and top screws evenly?

My experience from regular rings says evenly but I thought I'd check first.

Bottom screws first all the way then rotate the optic where you want it then install the top screws. Make sure and use the loctite.

Thank you sir, I thought I was reading the instructions right but as I said my experience with regular rings said evenly. I am impressed with this setup.
