If you think that will even get a second look or serious attention after what has happened lately then I have some beach front property to sell you in Arizona Bay.

lol, I know your right. I'm still of the mentality that "just because something seems impossible, doesn't mean I shouldn't stand up for what I believe in."

I would wait and see how badly they screw us in the coming months before embarking on a venture such as this... What good would it do to buy a suppressor if you may not be able to buy a new rifle to put it on? Didn't the last ban disallow threaded barrels?...

I already have a suppressor on the way for a .22 handgun, but I see what you're saying.

I just don't want people to go through what I've had to go through dealing with the NFA and their "efficiency" while the gangbangers down the street are making them in their homie's basement.

Principles are admirable, but timing is everything. It can make the difference between your actions helping and hurting your cause.

Now when was the last time we played chess with the BATF and won?

As crazy as it sounds, while all gun owners are attentive and of like mind, it might be a good idea to make a full on assault for our rights.

Like Washington against Cornwallis in Yorktown.

The only thing we are missing in the analogy are the French to support us. That would be our "loyal representatives". Ironic...

What are you smoking? The Fudds are not of a 'like mind' to owners of modern military pattern rifles. Just take a look at some of the posts on facebook on many of the ardent pro-EBR pages. They are rife with the Fudds crying about there being no 'need' for EBR's.

I wish this would change, but the shitstorm it would cause in current times would be crazy.
