I believe those numbers to not be very accurate or times are increasing again. I have had a pending in Florida with Lamberger, now at 178 days pending, and on NFAtracker his pending times are averaging 142 days. His door to door is 182 days and I'm currently 190 days. So I believe this to be inaccurate.
May God have mercy on my enemies, because I won't.

+1, mailed Forms to my dealer on the 12th of November, and he mailed them soon after he got them, and they haven't even cashed my checks yet.

On the other hand, I sent in a Form 1 about 3 weeks ago and they cashed my check 10 days later.

A few years back I had an MK-760 subgun that took just 9 weeks total, just over 2 months for a send to receive transfer. Now, I'm always at or over 6 months. My MK was pending just over 1 month. There's something going on that says "don't approve less than a 6 month wait" in my opinion. They've had a hiring freeze, however they do have assistants there so the wait times were coming down a bit from 7 months to 6. I'm sure if "Dear Leader" has his way and all the semi-auto's go NFA, the wait would be in the years to transfer, if ever. Feinstein, in her old school soviet communism ways, wants all of them banned and confiscated if she could. "Dear Leader" isn't far behind in that wish. If they get their wish on NFA, we will never get the transfers done. There are less than 200,000 total civilian registered machine guns in the US, and even with SBR's, silencers, DD's, AOW's, etc, there just are not that many transfers month to month. Last month there were over 300,000 purchases of guns I've been told, lots of them semi-auto AR's or other types of civilian style military guns. With the glut of sales on a daily basis, what would that do to transfer times? We would never get them. Either that or they would hire a ton of examiners and we would get them fast. But I'm betting on the former.

My dealer sent in my form for a can sitting in his safe a little over a month ago.
So I'm guessing it should be done by July/August.
    Sigh.

Wow, bitch and something happens. The two checks for my spare Surefire 556-212 and a SWR Spectre II just went pending on my account a few minutes ago.
