Actually they probably know all too well. Think about it. You cannot build or pick up your NFA item until approved.

It will be interesting to see what happens if all ARs become NFA items. What will that do to the wait time for other items, i.e. suppressors?

35k backlog turns into 10 million backlog or how ever many ARs there is right now. Can't find where I read it but if the ban forces us to register the ARs, they are not allowed to tax it so it'll be tax free NFA registration so therefor it will have millions of backlogs :0

Another theory is that a lot of people sell them cheap to others for cash and a TON!!! of rifles go UN-registered and within a few years the program is such an obvious failure that the Dems lose all support they ever thought they had for gun control, a conservative gets put in a place of power, and things get better.

It's very possible, look at the '94 AWB. That's kindof what happened to it.

Yeah but this ban she speak of, is PERMANENT. Unlike the Clinton ban which had a expiration date. I think if we all fight together and just keep our mouth shut when registration comes, I think we will be okay! It's not like the government know what we have. The only papertrail government have are form 4473 which is destroyed after 20 years.

Feinstein's bill is only a step in the direction she really wants; total confiscation of all firearms from the people. That's her desire. Like all the other communists, she has to take it a step at a time. But, they can't confiscate what they can't find.
May God have mercy on my enemies, because I won't.
