    Arsenal, Inc. SLR-105A1R

You need to keep your eyes open because they are no longer imported.

I've been eying a 5.45 AK lately as well. I remember that from my past experience on the "Dark side", many US makers offer pretty "custom" builds.

Does anyone make something exactly like the SLR 106 R, except in 5.45? (In other words, an AK74 M clone)

You can have a builder do one, it won't be cheap.

Get a Bulgarian AKS-74 kit, making sure that the pin that retains the stock is the older style 4.5mm pin and a Nodak NDS-2 recevier and get this stock from K-Var. http://www.k-var.com/shop/product.php?productid=16844

You'll then basically have an AK-74M.

I had InRange modify an SLR-105A1R with a K-VAR polymer folding stock and associated hardware. It turned out really nice.

Jay, got any photos of that rifle?

I am considering doing the exact same thing to a SLR-105.

I would also like to see the finished product and details of the conversion.

    Cheers
