Our Forefathers laid out this great map for us to follow. Its called the Constituiton and it gives us rights. They are the rights of every american. Just because views change, doesnt mean laws can be written to take these libertys away no matter how worried someone is of losing power. This map was written to leave the power in the peoples hand and we have somehow lost this power. We need people who believe and always will belive in what this country stands for. We need people who will above all else stand before God for judgement and uphold the laws of the land set forth from this document. Whether you are a true beliver or not, this country was founded under God and we have to put him back where he belongs. In our schools, our hearts and most of all in our way of thinking. Without God This document would never have been written.
I am dumbfounded by the amount of what if's i have read over the past week. Ask yourself, what our forefathers would do today if they were here to "protect us" from what our legislators have become.
We have to stand up and let our voice be heard in a peacefull manner. Our Constitution gives us specific libertys which are not to be infringed upon. While our military is off fighting For our FREEDOM in some far off battle field, we are left to fight for our civil liberties.
Our Military is Our fathers, our Mothers, Our sisters and brothers. They are our sons and daughters, they are you and me. If they took an oath to protect our constitution above all else then we need to take an oath and stand behind them istead of letting our Media chastize there every move. They do what noone should ever ask them to do, but they do it with no questions asked. I have the greatest respect for anyone who has and does serve. I would like to thank each and everyone of you.
Back to the subject at hand with Gun legislation. Our commander and cheif, who our military is sworn to protect.... After the constitution, Is the american People not one individual. They are on our side they are not some machine who takes orders without consequences. Let that be well known. They can take a stand right beside us to uphold the constitution and they do it every day.
Amendment 2
A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.
Amendment 9
The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.
Amendment 10
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.
No arguing with this….
“The right to bare arms” is for the people not the government. It is our right and liberty. Any and all restrictions is unconstitutional according to our founding fathers. So why is it that we let them impose laws that weren’t ever constitutional to begin with? We the people have to stand up and demand that our rights are upheld and no court can take these away. Any and All gun legislation is unconstitutional. (Take this how you will)

Sorry for the long post. I hope its not to difficult to follow. My mind is jumping from one subject to the next. I would like to than the M4C community for its vast array of knowledge and helping hands. Hopefully we can come together and get back our civil liberties.
