I've shot a lot of that bullet, primarily in the BHA 55 JSP new and reman loads but also in the Hornady training line. Excellent varmint and smallest-game load, shallow penetrator that tends to come apart in larger game (see data for the 223A, T223A, etc). Quite accurate when loaded well, feeds reliably in semi and select fire guns.
Drive it really fast and it blows itself apart in a few inches.
