Great review, I'll be getting in line to grab one. . .
I only played around with one of these briefly a month ago. Solid stock. Not sure if I like it more than my LMT SOPMOD, but at $60, I can see this stock dominating the market. SOPMOD feel for everyone.
Yes, that's why. Either way I don't think it's a big deal at all but the Bravo being a little slimmer/shorter seems like a good thing to me.
Perhaps when my perpetual search for a better endplate ends I willYou may want to stake the castle nut/endplate.I just like to tinker and I've never had one come loose yet (I use blue loctite
) but I staked the one on my HD AR which is the only one I really worry about.
I have a couple of the MagPul MOE stocks. I find the check weld lacking on them. I have two MagPul STR stocks, for which I find the width a bit too much. I'm thinking the Bravo stock might be that happy medium for me.
I could care less about the battery storage for my purposes.
The only issue I see with the Bravo is availability.
I know about the B5 stocks. I know they fixed the problems from the first batch that was not even supposed to make it to market, but I've seen comparisons side by side and prefer the LMT. If you don't think the extra coin is worth it then don't buy it, but I do.
That is the beautiful thing about capitalism. We are free to make our own choices financially.
