I had the same "issue" with my BCM when I first got it. Here's what resolved it:

    1. Switch from an H buffer to a standard/carbine buffer until you have 1,000+ rounds through the weapon.
    2. Lube the entire BCG dripping wet before you start shooting. Do not use shitty lube like RemOil because that doesn't even lube your gun. If you don't have quality lube, use some Mobil 1 motor oil.
    3. Shoot a few hundred rounds of 5.56 mil-spec ammo such as M855 or XM193 through it. Then try the crappy steel cased ammo again.

I guarantee you this will resolve it. My 16" BCM Mid-length was having the same exact issues, short stroking on Brown Bear, Tula, Wolf, etc. After a "break-in" period it stopped. Just keep shooting, brother.

This is quality lube. Ran it in multiple classes with nary an issue. I like to use the synthetic.

This one is done. You have been given advice on what the issue is.
