I think it is a problem if they don't view this staking as a problem. Now together with what was told to me on the phone about a
new staking machine in the works, it is likely that they think their current staking is less than ideal. How though? From a business standpoint hand staking is definetly not ideal, but is it also the quality of the top staking they are concerned about? Idk, they let these out the door, what does that say? Why not hand stake each one the preferred way? Or just wait till the machine is up
and running (assuming, of coarse, the machine is going to do it right, lol)?
Hopefully they will accept my return. I havn't talked to them on the phone yet.

) and it appears that each lug on the bolt, with the exception of the ones on either side of the extractor, have a slight angle milled into them on each side where it turns 90 degrees to the top surface. i.e. they aren't perfectly "squared off". I'll assume that this is the "radiusing" or "chamfering" referred to earlier.
