    Schmidt & Bender Stratus??? 1.1-5x24mm?

The ONLY place i've heard mention of these is here:
    http://www.thefirearmblog.com/blog/2...le-scope-line/

It appears they to have external adjustments (at least for elevation) in cm/mils if i'm counting correctly.

Anybody have any info on these or handle them at SHOT?

I handled all the variations of the short dot scopes and a few others too. All of them were crystal clear, well made, and functioned perfectly. The knobs and adjustments felt smooth and solid. Quality was second to none. Their prices reflected this too.

Do you recall what reticles were being offered in the 1.1-5x Stratus?...or at least on the display model?

This is all we know.I haven't heard much else, and of course,it isn't even on S&B's website yet. I would buy this scope for my scar-h if it's about the same price as the 1-4x short dot. If they want $500 more, I'll probably stick with the short dot. 5x vs 4x magnification doesn't justify the added expense over a zenith short dot.

I also want to know if the 1-8x will ever materialize. Nobody has said anyting yet. kind of frustrating.
