I have a few of these. They have been great. My buddies we also issued these for their deployments and they said they worked flawless with no issues.

I've been told that they are now marketing under the name 'ASC' (the mags in the ads looked exactly like CProducts as regards mag body ribs, feelips shape and follower shape and color).

They were a little more expensive, but made no mention of a long delay, so I'm hoping for no surprises. I only ordered two, having a pretty decent mag stash already.

Past experience for a buddy and I with identical Colt carbines has been entirely positive with the CProducts 9mm mags.

Let me reiterate that one more time; my experience has been with the steel bodied 9mm mags, both 20 & 32 round CProducts.

I have a heavily used set of 6 older (crica 2007), steel C Products mags. The finish scratches easily but the mags are still working great. I cant comment on the quality of the more recent mags

I am lucky enough to live in NY so I took a chance and ordered some 10 rounders in all the calibers I need. Let's hope they function.

Prices will likely have leveled out by then as well.
Yeah, that's what a lot of guys said in 94 and in CA in 89. But you might be right.

Shit, I'm already second guessing myself.

I bought some today through a link on another site. I never had problems with the old C Prod mags, though I know some did. At $15 for a stainless mag with anti-tilt follower, I'll risk a few.

Was able to look at some new-production 10-rounders last week with the same follower, and they looked nice. Was not able to run any through their paces though.

We got around a hundred about 2-3 years ago, and we're down to probably around half the original number. The steel bodies that we got have been having serious issues with feed-lip separation, inducing double feeds. For a frame of reference, the GI mags we had before we got the CProducts, are still running just fine.
