You could ask over on Walther forums. IIRC at least a few folks have put a can on theirs.
The PPQ is really nice, but be aware for some reason they didn't put sights that will clear a suppressor on the Navy. Or at least on the original. But as far as I can see in the pics, that doesn't appear to have changed.

Suppressor height sights aren't necessary anyway, thanks to eye dominance and the Bindon Sight Principle.
