I'd consider my home "within immediate supervision" which is legal...

It's setup as a defensive weapon, so why not use it as one.

NOt only the best weapon system they own....but the one they train with REGULARLY and are proficient with.

Its like the guy that owns the Corvette, and drives it when??? Cause they dont want it scratched or dented.

Why spend money on something that sits

People act like an SBR is some magical, mystical beast that must be venerated... Only an elite few can fill out a form and mail a $200 check to a bureacracy.

The shit isn't like Excalibur where only the powerful holder of the stamp can wield such destructive capabilities.

Actually.....my SBR is Excalibur. It was distributed by a strange woman lying in a pond and bestowed onto me.

I'm not see the phrase "immediate supervision" in the NFA. Is this an ATF ruling? Link?

And what if you're not at home? Do you lock it up whenever you leave?

Let's not go down this pathetic road.

My buddy had a guy tell him he added his GIRLFRIEND to his trust because she knew the combo to the SAFE or some retarded shit.

At some point we have to fire up the old commen sense and reasonableness part of the organ inside our SKULL!

If prosecutors were always reasonable, I wouldn't be asking.

So I'm still asking the question.

This. Why get an SBR if you don't intend on using it in tight quarters?

I'm glad to see the majority of replies here are for using the SBR.
