    My Eotech shorted after a year . . . ?

My Eotech shorted out after a year, and my local dealer said it was out of warranty. Is this a common problem, because I'm a little reluctant to pick up another one. Plus, shooting iron sights again is sort of fun, especially at my skill level I find that irons are helping develop better technique than my Eotech was, if that makes sense.

Talk to EOTech. They have fixed stuff for me years and years later for no charge.

Happen to have the best contact number? I didn't have much luck last Friday. Thanks for the info!

Ditto. EoTech has always been good. They refurbished all 8 of my guys sights after we sent them in after battery contact issues.

Didn't have the heart to tell them we went to Aimpoit M3's while they were getting serviced. They are now trusted back up sights.
