    Well to start a working phone number wasn't given out right away. People's emails for refunds went unanswered. Then people started asking on Facebook. Along with askings for pics which you apparently are claiming was just harassing this business.

    Then when I they didn't post pics except for a carrier in a box supposedly headed to my dad people started dropping out of this like flys. Some got quick refunds others have not. They pull every post on Facebook when someone says hey it's been a week waiting for my refund. So the diplomatic approach hasn't quite worked. This is also when everyone learned that rro's super special money holding deal for PayPal was also a lie things heated up.

    These guys haven't been honest or upfront about anything. Customers paying for a company to start up when they claimed stock and machines on hand and in stock for preorder is just not ok.

    "Did you ask them for ETAs, photos or updates?"
    I guess you think thats an unreasonable thing to ask?

    I'll be honest, posting pics of something other than a mailing box would have alleviated many people's suspicions. I even mentioned that to the RRO rep. Her excuse didn't quite hold water but at that point, I was just happy to get my refund.

    My question is; when you got the hint that they weren't going to deliver the product, did you focus on the refund or the product? The reason I ask is because the vibe I got from this woman was that you can either wait or get your money back. She gave me the impression that they are not going to spend time answering questions like "is it ready yet" or "when will it be ready". It's not right but that looks like where we stand.

    You're missing the greater point here. Their responsibility is to answer questions in regard to ETA or hold-ups. That's what you do when you set up shop to sell products to people, specifically after you take a consumer's money.

    Questions of how to get money back have been answered prior to you defending the honor (read: sarcasm) of RRO. I still question your purpose here. Making life easier for RRO is really of no consequence to the people who've been taken advantage of.

    I would only want to see one post from RRO at this point:

    "Sorry. We effed up royally. We're going to refund the payments that were submitted to us at our loss. The cost of doing business poorly - RRO."

    Since you 'question' my purpose here, I'll tell you... AGAIN...

    I'm new to ARs and I started my build after the election. I got lucky with the mags, lower, stocks and upper. I even got some nice entry level optics. The only piece I was missing was that damned BCG. A few weeks after I bought RROs BCG, I saw some of your guys more recent posts about them and called Pay Pal to ask "WTF". They told me to call RRO and ask for a refund but to call Pay Pal back if that didn't work. After I bought PSA's BCG, I called RRO for a refund. Despite what I read on the forum, the woman I spoke to was cool about it and actually sent me my money back. I even got to ask her a few questions.

    Since I didn't have anywhere near the amount of problems you guys apparently had, I decided to share MY experience with them and while I'm at it, find out WTF...

    You can believe I'm working for them or defending them if you want; that's your prerogative. But if you've been reading my posts, you can clearly see that while I did say "I had an easy time talking to them", I am NOT defending their business practices.

    You don't have to agree with deplorable actions in order to understand the reason behind them.

    This thing is done. If you purchased one and feel like you have been screwed then do whatever you think is necessary to get your money back. If you trust them to deliver your product after all that has happened then rock on!
