If nothing else, RRO has:
1. Worked to hide the truth
2. Fabricated stories
3. Censored feedback
4. Wasted their customer's time and money.
If all else is benign, these are true, and they should not be trusted.

There's no disputing these facts. You have only two options now.
(a) wait for them to send your BCG... (if it ever ships)
(b) ask for a refund and escalate if necessary
I do however, recommend a diplomatic approach, if you get one of them on the phone. Basic human psychology suggests that telling them you're buying a BCG from another vendor will probably get you a better result than directly calling them out on their B.S.
Let's leave the speculation about his intent unless someone can prove otherwise. His IP address is from the other side of the country.
Having said that if someone still needs prodding about how to proceed most likely you will also need someone to wipe your ass for you as well.

That's the problem with the internet; people can't separate twitter/facebook from real life. You try to tell a few people how to get their money back and they get all conspiracy theorist on you...Besides, if I did work for them, why would I tell you I bought my BCG (not nickel boron, by the way) from an established company that everyone knows will totally out class Red Rock in every way? Hell, maybe I should have been as much of a dick as everyone else and not even tipped anyone off to the presence of said BCG?
I guess it doesn't matter. I have my money and a UPS tracker for my product. They can do as they please at this point.
Oh, and by the way... If I were them, I wouldn't stick around for that 'upgrade' either... but that's not my call.

You recommended contacting the company during business hours and asking for a refund. If that doesn't work, then paypal or the credit card company. Serious knowledge drop right there
PSA bcg's are no secret. Anybody in the market to buy a bcg (and isn't prepared to wait for top tier quality) knows these are available and to watch for them.
What's strange about your posts is you're using "how to get a refund" to include reasons you think this is a good company with good intentions that just got in over their heads. That's your opinion, and we get it. You've made your point. The fact that this company has been lying to it's customers from the getgo and has acted as unprofessional as possible has left almost everyone else with a different opinion.
Because people get embarrassed when they feel they've been taken or duped. Even enough so that they create an account on a message board in an attempt to convince people that they gave their money to a legit company that was just in over their head, and that they were fortunate enough to get their money back and buy one from an actual company. And oh, did they mention, they finally bought a bcg and it's on the way?![]()

Sometimes the simplest solution works the best. I can't speak for you but it worked for me.
Clean that blood up and get a clue.
I never said they were a 'good company'. Get your story straight.
Yeah, I took the bait... I made the mistake of trying to buy something that doesn't exist. Why? because PSA didn't have any BCGs immediately after Sandy Hook so I had to wait a couple of months like the rest of you to finish my build.
I have to wonder what kind of approach people took when asking for their refunds. Did you ask them for ETAs, photos or updates? Did you jump straight to your bank and file a dispute? Or did you simply try to call and ask for your refund? Keep in mind I'm not defending their stalling tactics; all I'm saying is my bank account does NOT match the complaints I've been reading here. Now, I'm curious as to the reason for that.
Care to shed some light on this? Or would you rather continue to play devil's advocate on things that WON'T get the rest of these people their money back?![]()
