    I ordered a 10 pack of Gen 2 black non window mags on 12/19. Nothing here yet either. I ordered the Gen 2's since I was told they were able to produce them at a higher rate.

    ive been wondering (and asked) about that but never got a direct answer, and im sure there are any number of good reasons why.

    Dear Folks,
    We want to thank everyone for your patience with us. Thanks especially to those of you who told us orders were being delivered "out of cycle." We’ve been in business an awfully long time and are proud of our reputation for great service, so we had to find out what was going on.

    And we found the problem. Simple really. About 15 years ago we put in place system logic prioritizing a few back orders ahead of others. It was a rare situation, but necessary at the time and under normal market conditions back then, those reasons made sense.

    Then the world changed, and back orders ballooned into the thousands – literally – and our system and the vendor’s ability to keep up just broke that logic. About 300 orders were moved to the head of the line under the old system logic, and had their orders shipped ahead of where they should have been in line. It moved all the rest of you back about 300 places in line – which, rightfully so, caused an uproar.

    When we found the problem, we immediately disabled this logic, truly resuming our first in first out policy. The real problem is that demand is far greater than any factory’s ability to quickly catch up.

    The good news is we have cured the broken system logic; thanks for telling us. We are shipping in order received, and handling your orders the way we have always tried to – honestly, fairly, and with everything right on top of the table.

    i think it was 12-18 i ordered 5 mags, 2-20 round fde, 1-20 round black, 1-30 round fde, and 1-30 round fde and i received all of them on about 1-5.

    I got this same email this morning at 2:30am. They are swamped under right now. I have been ordering from them for 6-7 years. They have always shipped quickly if it's in stock. I ordered a extended slide release, and sights from them last Friday morning, and recevied it today. Under normal conditions I would have recevied it Monday, or Tuesday at the latest via Priority mail. I can't imagin how many orders they must be shipping these days.

    I received that same email this morning as well. While it blows being on this end it is nice to know that they have the integrity to let us know, address the issue, and fix it. Something to say for that, especially during these times when some companies won't even pick up the phone.

    For what it is worth I placed an order on 12/23 and found out today from a customer service rep that they processed it 12/26. I asked how "the 300" email affects me and she stated that my order of 10 pmags (non-window) "should be shipping in the next 10 days".

    True or not it is nice to know that they are working on it.

    On 12/21 I ordered TEN .308 P-Mags.

    They arrived on 2/7/13.
