For good or ill, I'm bound to the SSA; have them in 4 rifles including a .22 and a 9mm.
Like familiarity with AR controls, there's a lot to be said for a known quantity when changing from one rifle to the next.
The obvious answer for other types is to try one in someone else's gun and see what you think.

The reset of the Geisselle triggers is about the same distance as the GI trigger

I really enjoy the feel of the flat trigger on my Sd-c and now need another trigger for a new lower, possibly G2S.

Does anyone have an issue going from the flat trigger back to a curved?

Cause instead of dropping the coin on another Sd-c I was thinking G2S.

I have one pistol with a flat, tuned trigger, and don't care for it a bit. It's hard to transition to it from something else, or go back.
    But that's just my opinion.

The fundamentals don't change. I could see people saying they prefer one or the other, but I would be skeptical of the poster if you get any responses beyond that.

I've had a lot of time behind Geissele's various triggers and maybe my experience can give you some insight.

I have no problems transitioning between the SSA/SSA-E and the SD-C. I'm able to prep the second stage without accidentally blowing through the second stage of the SD-C. Keep in mind, that the "perceived" pull weights of the Super Dynamic line is "lighter" than the traditional curved trigger. The reason for this is that the flat trigger is more forward than the traditional curved trigger.

Where I have problems transitioning between triggers is when I move from a SSA/SSA-E to a SD-E. I tend to blow through the second stage of the SD-E 7/10 times until I get more time behind the trigger to "relearn" the staging. This does not happen on a deliberate, slow pull but when I come up from the ready position to stage the shot.

    I hope this makes sense.

Dave L., yes it is just preference and I agree it probably couldn't be more than that.

RXM, it makes a lot of sense, I dont get a lot of time behind the trigger so thank you for explaining your experience. I guess I will try out the G2S as it seems there shouldn't be to much adjusting between that and the Sd-C.

I use an SSA in my carbines.

It's supposed to able to handle any 5.56 primer and hasn't let me down yet and it really makes it easier to make a longer/more precise shot.

I do however, experience trigger freeze when shooting the up close, fast stuff at matches, I rarely have that happen with a stock trigger, but the trade off is worth it to me.

Good choice... The G2S is a great trigger at any price.

Wow. I finally got to shoot my SSA yesterday. What a difference compared to a milspec trigger....that's a MUST HAVE replacement for all my rifles....
