I know the Army came out with a new green ACU uniforum.
But I thought I saw Gen Caldwell on TV this AM wearing a new tan camo type uniform . . .?
Is this new or did I see it wrong?

I ride my bike on Fort Story (US Army base in Virginia Beach) and I've seen a tan version of the ACU recently. Is that what you saw?Originally Posted by BravoCompanyUSA
It could have been ? Not really sure if it was the same type of pattern.Originally Posted by M4arc
It was about 0600, the TV was in the corner of the gym and hung about 10 feet off the floor. So I was not sure exactly what I saw during the quick news clip.

Seriously though, I heard the great thing about ACU was that it would work in all terrain.....I really don't know though
I see what I would call tan ACUs.
Most of the Army guys I see are wearing flight suits, though.
interesting
US Cavalry is offering the ACU in Plain colors - Khaki, OD, Black etc... Could this be what you're seeing? The maker is Tru-Spec.
Yeah, that's what I would call them too. I paid attention today and while the ACUs have sea-greenishness to them they have a lot of tan in that pattern as well.Originally Posted by DrMark
Does anyone have a link to these possibly new ACU BDU's?
