I was just curious what LWRC incorporated into this rifle that makes it worth the premium over other high-end AR's.
After viewing the actual rifle I am asking myself the same question honestly ... we will see ... but nevertheless in the end the premium might just come down to the fool .. and his money .... I guess I just decided to say a few words for the fool tonight lol .... lucky me .....

You know...somewhere...a group of women are on a forum debating the desirability and value of the retired "All-American Snap-Fly Inlaid Hanging Sock Basket" versus the soon to be released, but delayed, "Limited Edition P19 Hatfield Woven Paper Storage Basket".

Sally: I am so miffed that they have delayed P19 in blue weave again. I mean come on...enough is enough!!!

Mary: Only a fatty would spend $300 on the P19 when the linen interweave is identical on the previously released Z9 Sock Box.

Sally: What the french toast Mary! You spent $2000 on the retired satin inlaid Plymouth DD Dildo Drawer Edition with AC Adapter. I mean as if!

Mary: That's it! I am not going on with you on the May bus trip to the Lingenfucher Basket Factory...I'm de-friending you!

I think Corvettes suck in just about every way a car can suck. Paying anywhere near over $20,000 for one seems crazy to me. There are a ton of people who feel differently. It's a beautiful thing brothers.

BTW: Anyone who has a wife that collects those frickin evil Longeberger Baskets is laughing their @ss off. Everyone else who doesn't....is lucky...

Well, I haven't been complaining about LWRC lately, yet the conversation in this thread still seems to have gone downhill.

Back to the IC, anyone know how fast they're being built and shipped? In February, LWRC said they were shipping 2000 commercial rifles per month, and it was increasing a little each month. At that rate, 500 IC's should only take a week. Of course, they're probably building other models at the same time. My dealer said not to get my hopes up too high, since I'm pretty far down his list.

Yeah, it's considered highly advisable: https://www.m4carbine.net/showthread.php?t=70019.

Mechanics and Style. The Good: Proper grammar and syntax count, and the more professionally you represent yourself in writing, the better the impression that you will make upon your fellow members. We recognize that not every member has the same ability to express himself (or herself) in writing, and if you happen to fall short while doing the best you can, all will be forgiven.
The Bad: The larger internet culture seems to embrace a much looser style of communication that dispenses with proper capitalization, punctuation or other fundamentals, and is more liberal in the use of crass language. This is not the place for such shorthand, nor is anyone here going to be impressed by your profanity.
The Ugly: Younger members, in particular, seem to struggle with this. In the interest of perfect clarity, here's the bottom line: we expect every member to be as professional as possible, and if you have the tools in your toolbox to do it right, please use them.
That's a LOT of ellipses (he typed, using an ellipses)...

SC, substitute a group of voarcious knitters for basket-collectors; been there, man, you're right. When they get riled up at each other, the words and tones SOUND normal, but my hackles raise, because something tells me that, were it not for social compacts and laws, the wood vs. aluminum vs. carbon-fiber needle debacle would be resolved by seeing which can be shoved through the carotid most easily.

    Those women do NOT play...
    Contractor scum, AAV
