AZEX Firearms?

Has anyone ever heard of AZEX firearms or the quality of their weapons? Saw an auction over on gunbroker and had to come here and ask. Thanks for the replies.

They have some social issues but their product is very good. I have had them do some work for me and it exceeded my expectations in every way.

AZEX firearms is good to go. Couldn't be happier with the FAL he built for me.

Derek at AZEX is good people, and he really knows his stuff. I've never bought a firearm from him, but he has done some work for me. His AK work is legendary.

I've heard both good and bad about the work.

I've heard and experienced nothing good about the Pricipal.

I've not had any rifles done by him, but I've had contact with him personally and he's a nice guy.

His reputation with FAL enthusiasts is quite good.

There are a lot of folks that have problems with the owner of AZEX and his politics/attitudes, but I know of no one who can say something bad about his work first hand. Everyone Ive heard speak of his work first hand has nothing but good to say. Ive owned a few rifles hes done, and they were absolutely great.

I have heard bad things said about his work a few times, but it was always that "I heard" crap, or a friend of a friend.
