no box or pouch, and has been sharpened, but overall in very nice condition. locks up tight with no blade play whatsoever. I picked it up awhile back in a trade, and thought I had it sold but the deal fell thru. id keep it, but it is just a tad large for me to get any use out of.$150 OB0...and sorry, m/o only (I don't like paypal's politics) or trade. I like darn near everything outdoors related, gun"junk" as well as other gear, so shoot me an offer.
