I think I'm going to give the scout a go... Probably the m300a, in an offset mount.

I tried the 12 o'clock mount of the TLR1! And just don't like having the irons that even closer. I'm probably too used to the irons on my rifle length MRP's.

Thanks for the info and pics all.

Are you using a front sight mount rail?

    My SBR Weapon Light Conundrum

I have the same dilemma as you. I have a 10.5" upper except I'm running mine with a fsp and 7 rail. I'm undecided between the M600, M300 & X300. I'm leaning towards the X300 due to compactness and higher output. I too was looking at the LaRue mounts...

No, I just tried it with the BUIS back a few slots to make room.

Never mind, you don't have a fixed front sight to mount to. Hate to say it but you are probably gonna need to go with 3 o'clock.

Looks like the Mossie Tactical mount would be perfect since you are running Troy BUIS. You might want to move the front sight back one slot, it looks like you should have room

This is from Unity Tactical's Facebook- Their FUSION mount hub with offset scout (direct mount) combined with flip BUIS. and still one open mount surface if you want to go crazy and add something else...
