Well done, I have 2 5X25's and they are awesome scopes. Well worth the coin, if you can get over that point.

I've got the 3-15, but I seem to remember a while ago when I was shopping saying that I would eventually have problems with the scope, parallax adjust completely failing, or something along those lines. This was when you were pushing USO pretty hard, maybe a year ago?

Have you changed your opinion due to improvements in manufacturing or some other improvements?

I must admit I love my Premier and will probably get betting another 3-15 and a 5-25 within the next few months. I'm curious what got you to change your opinion. You certainly never said they were crap optics or anything of the sort, but you had personally seen a high failure rate.
I'm not cool. I just do this stuff for fun.

Yup, they've since fixed the parallax problem.

Also, they are under new ownership. That was a HUGE reason behind us carrying them.

Nice write up Orkan, Now you made me put a DTA and a Premier scope on my want/must have list. You are quickly going to become public enemy number 1 in my wife's eyes.

I only wish the Gen 2 XR reticle had the windage dots on the odd mils as well (like the Vortex Razor).

Thank Orkan, I've been battling in my head what I want more and a USO was taking the list for the time being, but now I may have to reconsider....

    Orkan,

Just so I am clear, after their recent improvements, it sounds like you prefer the premier to S&B. Is this your new favorite scope?

I always preferred premier to S&B. Even before the improvements and new ownership.

Funny thing is I think I just gave my husband a heart attack with my wishlist based on your review.
