There are so many threads on the Pro. It is the best cost effective optic on the market, and it depends on which mount you use. The Factory QRP mount does co-witness with your iron's, but many such as I have switched it our for a lower 1/3 co-witness.

It's a good optic, and since the mount is included it's probably the best deal going on a quality RDS.

With the stock QRP mount, my PRO co-witnesses about halfway between absolute and lower 1/3 (lower 5/12ths? )

Welcome. If you search here on M4C, you find many favorable opinions on the Pro. The stock mount, included with the Pro, has a removable spacer to allow for different levels of co-witness.

You'll want to read the stickies & do extensive searches here before posting any new threads.

I own 2, I love them, they have been 100% reliable, both are sitting in larue lower 1/3 mounts on different rifles, have seen numerous classes and countless range sessions with them. Definitely the best option out in my opinion in the price range.

I think the PRO uses newer technology than the M2, has a 2 MOA dot, NV capability, and comes with the QRP mount which is a little heavy but a good value.

the mount height appears to be specific to Aimpoint. as some have said it is between absolute and lower third in regards to co-witness, however, it lines up perfectly with the Aimpoint Twist-off magnifier mount...

I have the EOtech 516 and I'm not real happy with the reticle. I think that I'm going to get the Aimpoint Pro too.
