I think I have a gen 4 installed in a Noveske 16" mid length I bought from SGC for a great price. So far it has been flawless and runs every thing.

I need to call LMT once they get settled into their new place to order some extractor springs for backup. I will also order a spare bolt as well once those become more abundant. I think going forward I will use this BCG.

How about reading some of the other threads that explain this in detail?

They seemed at odds with the last PiP conducted.

The MIM gas key has the circle casting mark correct? If so I have a Gen5 without the MIM key.

Kinda hard to tell from the pics but as far as the bolt itself is concerned: what Gens have the stress-cuts in the lugs more towards the rear? What Gen did they move them to the center of the lug? Was there a deficiency with the cut sitting near the rear of the lug?

If enough people are interested and will post up pics of their bolts I can start a new thread and detail the technical differences between the various versions...

I had one pass through my hands setup the same way, it also lacked staking on the key...

Mine is staked ... I received it after an RMA.

Just a quick update, I have noticed two small changes on the current production LMT Enhanced carriers that maybe noteworthy.
First, the mim and carburized gas key has been replaced with a newer style key that mimics the lines of a USGI contractor gas key, it is however still carburized.
Second, the "dirt groove" or tiny indentations found on the Gen 4 carriers have re-appeared. I will see if I can find some time to update the graphic...
“The rifle itself has no moral stature, since it has no will of its own. Naturally, it may be used by evil men for evil purposes, but there are more good men than evil, and while the latter cannot be persuaded to the path of righteousness by propaganda, they can certainly be corrected by good men with rifles." - John Dean "Jeff" Cooper, The Art of the Rifle
