need some advise on the dpms ap-4

well seeing we may have more anti-gun laws coming ?? i am buying a dpms ap-4 308 now , so now anybody work with this weapon any and what up grades should i do to it [first ar-10 style weapon in collection]-stocks are one and what next ?please help thxs

Break-in according to instructions (barrel clean, BCG wet). Get several spare mags. Don't mess with trigger for first couple hundred rounds. Get optics. Stock up on ammo. Change stock if you get "dinged" by factory stock (I did).

I've got about 350 rounds thru mine. Love it! Aussie surplus shoots 1/2 inch at 50 yards.

I just ordered a full-size to go with my AP4.
