Both the rifle and suppressor? So you can duplicate the problem??

Just to give you guys an update. Knights has come to the rescue. They have issued me an RMA so it can be looked at. Great customer service!
    Thanks again Jack.

Cool. The only way to look into these things is hands on.

I really don't understand the issue. What the rifle is doing is the opposite it is supposed to do. Cant wait to get my rifle back functioning perfectly.

For what its worth I had the exact same issue with the exact same set up about a year ago. New factory KAC 11.5 SBR w/TT and KAC can, after test firing with different ammo, mags, with/without the can, 4 different buffer weights and 2 different hydrolic buffers. After all the testing, I determined it was a buffer spring issue. The spring was "light". As soon as I replaced the spring with a standard spring from my spares kit it ran 100% with all ammo, all mags, supressed, unsupressed with H, H1 and H2 buffers (I kept H1 in it). It has been 100% with 5K+ rounds since then. At the time I figured KAC was using "light" springs so that the guns would run 100% with underpowered ammo, unsupressed (figuring alot of people run cheap/unknown/crappy ammo).
I can't remember if I called or emailed KAC about the spring, but I did one or the other. I asked if they used two different spec springs (one for the military contracts/one for civi). I also asked what the lbs rating for the spring was. I don't recall getting a satisfactory answer but maybe I did not get to the right person. Maybe it was just a weak batch of springs? No matter, the gun runs 100% and a spring swap was an easy fix.

Already sent the rifle in but that would make me happy if that is the only thing wrong.

    The springs are the same.
Not saying that something weird couldn't have happened though.
