Got my lower back today! It helps that I'm also in Texas as far as ship times go.
Nice work, nice people and too.
Good to hear, they did good work on mine. Wait till you get your CC bill. It is billed to a doll restoration company!

I had several lowers done by Ident. The 1st and 2nd one took 4 weeks. My third one took 5 weeks. I just sent them my 4th lower 2 weeks ago. Seems like it's getting quicker. I had them engraved under the trigger and they are fantastic.

Have you heard anything yet? They have had my lower for almost 4 weeks now and the anticipation is killing me.

Here is another person that does great work in Texas. If I remember correctly his name is Keith.
    http://www.nfainvestments.com/index.htm

My first lower I had done locally and it was horrible. After that I had one lower done by Orion, three done by Ident, and one done by nfa investments.

I would recommend NFA investments because of the fast turn around time. 4 days total including shipping both ways. All the lowers by Orion, Ident, and NFA look great. All three places have comparable engraving with a little better going to Ident with the laser, but the wait was about 5 or 6 weeks and that was over a year ago. No telling what the wait is now with Ident.

If I had any more done it would be by NFA investments because of the great work and VERY fast turn around time. They also have great prices.

I will save this for the future. The lead time for Ident was 4 weeks when I sent them my lower I hope to have it back in the next week or so. Of course that assumes the snow melts. Dang I hate spring snow storms.

I'm expecting about 4 weeks door-to-door from Ident. I sent them my lower 2 weeks ago and haven't heard back yet, although Gordon was really nice prior to me sending the lower and answered all my questions through email. They are top notch from what I can tell so far.

Interesting how almost all of these companies are in Texas. Man I cannot wait to get back there.

Who's the cheapest? Turn around time isn't a concern for me.

I see on the website that they do AK receivers as well. Does anyone have any experience with them doing their AK?

I need to engrave my Draco and get the ball rolling, but it's a complete rifle, not just the receiver.
