It was an odd process. You go online, fill out the information and pay, then ship your receiver. Two and a half weeks later I received an email with a shippers tracking number and then it showed up at the door on the three week date.

I just got my 2 lowers back from Gray Laser.

Took 1 week from me shipping, to getting them back! The engraving was very well done.

Always had good luck with them. And a 1 week turnaround.

I just got my lower back from Ident, just under 4 week turnaround including shipping time.

They engraved under the trigger guard, very clean, very good looking work. I would certainly recommend them, especially if turnaround time is coming down a bit.

I need to have one engraved. Do you have to strip the lower down to send it to Ident? Im sure the stock & buffer needs to come out, but how much farther do you have to strip it down, if any? I plan to get it engraved on the front of the magwell.

    From their website:
Your SBR info can be engraved just about anywhere and doesn’t need to be stripped. Please select your location from the drop down list. Engraving on the front of the magwell does require the buffer tube and pistol grip to be removed, and inside of the trigger guard requires the hammer and trigger to be removed.

No problem it's not right up front you have to go to the order page before they tell you.

    Why bother with the vice?
