Yep. I've got a 4 year old 512 that has had the "delamination" issue twice. L3 fixed it both times free of charge.

If left alone, the issue "spreads" until you can onlu see the reticle in the center of the window.

    *FINAL UPDATE 4-19-13*

    Got my EOTech back today.

    Issue has been %100 RESOLVED.

Awesome CS EOTech. Outstanding AAA service.

Reticle is clean & sharp in ALL areas of the window. Could not be happier.

It's nice to know that good customer service is still alive and well with quite a few companies in the firearms industry. I'm glad to hear they took great care of you.

Great to hear about their CS. I just bought my first EO and am looking forward to many years of use.

Yes I agree. I know how things are around here, and I didn't want my sincere inquiries being tainted by the worthless "You should have bought.....".

I would also like too add, that they also fixed a non issue I had mentioned briefly on my RMA form.

I had mentioned that my dimmer button, or down arrow did not have as tactile of a feel as the up arrow. I totally overlooked this in my last update and forgot to mention. They fixed that too. Both buttons now give that posititive click now.

All I have to say is Hot Damn L-3. These folks are on their freaking A game in the service department.

i like eotechs. i had a 512 and 552 but my only problem with them are the switches. not only are they difficult to turn off, they are in a bad angle once mounted on a flat top especially w/ the BUIS. this is why i switched to the aimpoint PRO.

Not on the EXPS series. Those buttons are on the side.
