Losing the weight is NOT the hard part; keeping the weight off is the hard part. Both studies and dieters have learned that lesson the hard way far too many times. Most diet programs are not intended, nor designed, to keep the weight off you long term. They are designed to keep you on their diet, period.

How to break the Yo Yo diet cycle? This easy to read and understand practical report gives the reader a basic guide to making smart decisions for PERMANENT weight loss.

By using this report as a practical guide to making choices on weight loss programs, permanent weight loss is the result.

Learn the simple test that will help you choose the right program for you, or the psychological factors most programs ignore that dictate your success on a weight loss plan, or which form of exercise is essential to keep your metabolism up and running.

PERMANENT WEIGHT LOSS is a fact for some. What factors lead to their success vs. most who fail?

This practical guide will give you that answer.

Thanks for this Will. In all the time on M4C I've avoided this section. I wasn't fit and I certainly didn't eat nutritiously. I've been 80lbs overweight for over 10 years now. I live a physical lifestyle and spend plenty of time outdoors, but I couldn't control my diet. The turning point for me was not being able to get the safety bar on a roller coaster to close over my belly

It was refreshing to confirm my own conclusions by reading something from a professional such as yourself. By simply removing all crap foods from my diet (candy, soft drinks, packaged snack foods, pretty much anything that came from a box) and reducing my portions I have been able to lose 20 lbs in the last six weeks. I have taken my love of cooking and turned it towards cooking healthy foods for my family. Plenty of wild game, fish and fresh vegetables. We've created a desire to eat GOOD food in reasonable amounts. No more baking, no more pastries, and I don't miss them one bit.

I also have support since my wife has been trying to control diabetes and a thyroid problem through diet. For once we are changing our habits together. We work together in the kitchen for almost every meal and that's done wonders for our relationship too. My kids are starting to catch on and I've noticed a very positive change in their own eating habits.

I am going to read the rest of your writings and move on from there. I really appreciate you offering your advice through this public forum.

I'm glad you found the report helpful. It's fairly common sense info, but some times people need to hear that to help them make decisions that will result in long term weight loss and needed changes.

Got it on kindle. Good stuff. I'll try to pass this along to some other folks I care about who are the prime audience you seem to be reaching out to.

Cool, thanx. Always trying to reach new audiences and I found via my last report I put up on Kindle/Amazon (50 Shades of Whey), it's a good avenue for reaching new people and a mix of free stuff and paid stuff seems to work well.
