Objects of the most stupendous magnitude, and measure in which the lives and liberties of millions yet unborn are intimately interested, are now before us. We are in the very midst of a revolution the most complete, unexpected and remarkable of any in the history of nations.

Care to share where you got this priced ammo from?

    Pipeline is opening up

Dicks (spit, spit) had cases of Rem 22lr bulk packs today. Three per customer limit, and was not super picky about even that. About 30% higher than their pre-election price, but half or less of run up pricing

A local store had a couple of M&P 15s, one M&P 10 at 1499, and a couple of other lesser ARs. They told me that they had got 20,000 rounds of 9mm in two weeks ago and sold it all in six days at $18 a box. I didn't even ask about 223/5.56 or 22.

Able to buy up 200 rds (purchase limit with two people there) of M193 at one of my LGS for 50¢ a round. Shame to be limited to 100 rds, but at the same time, I am glad that they seem to be frowning upon gouging. They'll get more of my money as a result.

Well, I do not understand exactly what they have and exactly what it costs because you never posted/stated anything specific. And WE didn't understand that "gun show ammo" was the name of a retailer, and not ammo from a gun show.

I guess everybody just needs to call this place up to get products/pries, and shipping quotes?

Is it the phone number from the Yelp page you linked?

PS: I didn't pay double the pre-panic price. In the fall of 2012...just before the panic...there was no such thing as cases of M193 for $293 shipped. It was more like $320-$360 per 1k XM193 or M193, shipped, in September/October of 2012. And more than that after the election but before Newtown and the actual panic.

    Okay.

Then I guess I am confused about why you are making such a big deal about pointing out how what I paid was less $$$ than anything that is currently available.

How useful is it, really, to go to such lengths to explain to me that, if I wanted to, I could spend more than what I did?
That is NOT at all what I was doing...you posted that the folks paying inflated prices were "the problem"...but you posted that you paid those prices???
"Sooooo I paid current prices just recently. I paid $700 shipped for a 1,200 round case of IMI M193 from Wideners...$252 shipped for 200 rounds of mk262 (black hills 5.56 77gr OTM)...and about $210 shipped for 200 5.56 77gr OTM from SSA.
Gotta pay to play...would rather have than not...bird in the hand is worth two in the bush...
    "
.60 to over $1.00 a round is DOuBLE what we were paying even in Dec. - Jan.
    Just saying!
    Just forget it...

    Exclamation

I posted the info for "Gun Show Ammo" the LGS / retail ammo store...
...and the NAME should be enough alone for anyone who knows their way around the WEB to find ALL the info needed to contact them...
...that is, if you want to be part of the problem and pay double pre-Obamamanic prices?

...they might be doing just that though so who knows.
I belive they may be, along with Winchester, Hornady and others...however, if you have one HUGE customer with never ending unlimited funds that has increased it's purchases many fold...and has an "agenda" to try every which way from Sunday to keep guns & ammo out of the hands of it's citizens...well
