Form 4 sent in!!

Agent that I speak to tells me I have to wait 45 days from the date the check was cashed before they can tell me anything. She told I can call back (after the 45 day period) with the serial number of the NFA item and they will be able to tell me the status of my Form 4.

I will use this info to my advantage, THANKS!!

I thought the forms were supposed to be mailed to Martinsburg WV not Atlanta, was that not the correct address to mail mine too?

Form 1's to WV and Form 4's should be mailed to Atlanta.....my approval took 32 days.

Well the examiners are all in Martinsburg today so...

And the fax I just sent was to Martinsburg.

As long as you mailed the forms to the ADDRESS listed ON THE FORM, you should be fine!

I mailed my form 1 to the address on the form which was Martinsburg

Yes provided you have the right form. I've only had a problem with a form1. They changed them last year. I had gotten the old two sided form1 instead of the new one sided form.

Hopefully your form says WV.

Just got off the phone with NFA in WV. They stated that it is currently taking 4-6 weeks after your check has cashed, for you to get in the system. So I guess I have a little wiat yet.
