Just saw you're trying to instal a Centurion rail... so I'd recommend watching the whole thing.

Since you wrote the directions, you probably know the product pretty well and your probably a pretty good person to ask this question too. When I was searching for a rail system, I knew I wanted a two piece free float and I narrowed it down to two choices. The C4 and the DD Omega. Basically the deciding factor was that BCM had the C4 in stock but not the Omega.

In your opinion are both rails the same quality? Should I keep the C4 or should I return it and get the Omega. I personally think the C4 looks better but that isn't the most important factor here.

I used to like the DD rails until I discovered the Centurion. DD is good but the Centurion is a great rail and doesn't require a college degree to install.

    Same boat here.

The Centurion rails also tend to be less expensive, and the DD option requires a different barrel nut to wrap around the front sight post.

The simplicity, weight savings, cost saving, and quality have been enough to convert me to their rails for all of my quad rail needs.

I use a Troy tube now, but once the Centurion Arms tube comes out I may have to look at that as well.

You can count me as another who has pretty much switched over to the Centurion rails. They are both high quality, but for me, the benefits of the Centurion (ease of installation, ability to use stock barrel nut, slightly lower cost) have led me to use them for my last few builds.
