    POF plus Diamondhead plus Eotech

My POF 415 is on its way and I am planning on getting the Diamondhead Micro flip up sights for it. Does anyone know an Eotech that will cowitness with these low-profile iron sets (the micro set)? If I get a full-size set of Diamondhead flip up sights, is there an Eotech that co-witnesses with their height?

    Thanks for your input.

A bunch of variables there--does your Eotech have a built in riser? Here is what I know:

HK416 + non-riser XPS Eotech + Troy micro sights is a good to go setup. I'm not familiar with diamondback or the POF 415, but if they are the same dimensionally as the above setup, it should work fine.

After two years? The best bet for you would be to go to you LGS and try out optics if they let you.

There are so many mounts in every height that you could get for a Aimpoint T1 or T2. I'm sure you'll find the mount height you want.

Already tried. None of their Eotechs worked and the Vortex Sparc's multiple mounts didn't work. I think I'm going to try the Vortex Strikefire as they have several different height mounts available.

The sight doesn't need to be turned on to co-witness with. You just need to see the sights within the window. Your statement above about "None of their Eotechs worked and the Vortex Sparc's multiple mounts didn't work" doesn't make sense with co-witnessing if you know what it is.

Uhhhh, so, yeah, buddy, do you have an issue with people asking questions? I am very sorry for not stating that my sights were not able to be seen through the eotechs or the Vortex because, again, they are micro sights and there was no very low mounting solution. They couldn't be seen through the window. Sorry for "not making sense" and having you jump to conclusions. Apparently I struck a nerve. Take a pill dude.

But alas, if anyone out there has found a good low-mounting option for a red dot with a micro set of sights, your input would be very much appreciated.

Bought a new (lower) mount for the Vortex and got a lower third co-witness for my sights. G2G.
