    Which Eotech?

Looking for my first Eotech, Any recommendations?

I like the 552 and the EXPS3, i guess i could use the 512 but id rather have the NV option if i need it later. Also the 552 has multiple reticles unlike the 512. Any help would be great.

I would go with the EXPS series over the 5 series, they have proven to be more durable.

Or just go with an Aimpoint.
    I paint spaceship parts.

When I was shopping around, I decided on the EXPS. I preferred the QD mount w/ integrated riser. Also, I felt the EXPS battery configuration is superior to the 500 series.

The EXPS is the best configuration, and the single dot w/ halo is the best reticle unless a magnifier is going to be used at all times.

Battery module, overall robustness, mount, button layout, and height.

Any Arguments for a Trijicon ACOG? I know they're basically not the same as the Eotechs or Aimpoints but any suggestions on their behalf?

What is your intended use? Perhaps a bit of research might be in order.

Good question. I plan on a multi use type carbine. When I go to the range I want to be able to use the magnification of the ACOG. But when I'm done at the range I want to be able to use it for home defense. Now I understand that an ACOG won't work at home, Is there any of you that have a setup that works that similar to my situation?

I guess an Eotech with their g33 magnifier would fit that purpose but I just want to see what other are using for their setups. I only have one AR by the way. Thanks.
