    Moving NFA ?'s

    I am FINALLY leaving California to Nevada. My question us how do I transfer my AOW legally?

    Fill out a Form 20 and move. That is the only form for interstate moving that exists. If you are on a trust, you will also need to have the trust moved to your new state and re-notarized I believe, but I am not a trust expert.

    Otherwise call your examiner and talk to them.

    You shouldn't have to do anything with your trust unless the laws fo the respective states require it. I live in VA and had my trust notarized at work in DC by a DC notary for free. Now I'm moving to UT and I'm not planning on doing anything except the 20 to ATF.

    Numerous threads address this. You contact the BATFE and advise them of the move in writing.
