    BUIS location with a 1-6

I recently got a Leupold MK6 1-6. It is mounted in a Bobro mount. For BUIS, I decided to try the Dueck sights from Surefire. Unfortunately, due to the levers on Bobro, I am unable to put the rear sight at the rear of the receiver - it is located by the rear of the rail. Does this configuration make sense since I am giving up a bit of sight radius?
Should I ditch the Dueck sights and go back to folding Troys? Does it even matter?
    Photos for reference:

Remount your optic further back in the rings, move the mount a few notches forward, mount the buis.

What kind of Bobro is that? I've never seen one with two levers on the right side? A standard Bobro would provide plenty of room to mount your backups behind it.

It is unnecessary redundancy to have a 1-6 in a QD mount with fixed offset 45s.

Offset 45s remove the necessity to quickly detach the optic in the case of failure. Going with a simpler mount would open up space.

Ahhh gotcha. I thought you were saying there was incompatibility with the optic so I wasn't sure if I was missing something. Great point you make and the exact reason I went with a Leupold Mark 2 fixed mount on a similar set up.

I wonder why the locking levers are on the right side. Maybe to avoid getting unhinged on gear. I've never had that problem though.
